Imagine this: you come to Japan to study abroad.

Before enrollment, you read the university policy which state: "一人ひとりの人権と人格を尊重し、学問の自由や教育・研究の自主性・自律性を堅持し、世界最高水準の教育・研究を実施・発展させ" — You pay your tuition, believing it to be true. 

Then you discover: in the research lab, everything is about formalism— from the network layout to academic papers, it’s everywhere.

Of course, you can ignore this formalism— It is not your business.

You can also work on personal projects completely unrelated to the lab on your own GitHub.

Until one morning, you suddenly receive an email from your professor...

PS:  I haven’t decided on which background music to use yet. I’m considering adding some interactivity in the future.
